Nice Hat!
I got this as a gift for my husband and I am really thrilled with the quality of this hat. The black garment-washed look is really cool. Many of the subtleties of this garment-washed-look do not show up in the photo on the website, but trust me, it is more apparent in person, although the hat is still thoroughly black in color, it has that cool, "this-is-my-old-favorite-hat" vibe.

From the supplier: 1991 legislation changes the Texas franchise tax from 0.525% of taxable capital to 0.25% and 4.5% of the income base, with taxpayers effectively paying the higher of the two. Under the new law, federal income taxes that have been deferred will lose specific exclusion, and federal tax accounting techniques may only be used by taxpayers with under $1 million in capital and surplus. The reporting cycles are different for each base, and may cause tax disparities for new corporations.

The Texas Tornado won the Robertson Cup for the fifth time in franchise history after a 4-3 overtime victory over the St. Louis Bandits at Dr Pepper Arena on Tuesday night. The Bandits evened the score on a power-play goal by NAHL MVP Joe Kalisz, but Mcpherson scored later in the period to give the Tornado a 2-1 lead. Justin Greenberg scored the overtime game-winner, sending the corwd home happy after another exciting Robertson Cup game. Texas lost the first two overtime contests in which they played, falling to both Amarillo and St. Louis in pool play. With their fifth NAHL championship since 2001, the Tornado have won more Robertson Cups than just two franchises, the Compuware Ambassadors and the Paddock Pool Saints. The first goal of the game came late in the first period on Biggs&rsquo. Marc Biggs , Mitch Mcpherson , and Jordan Lovick also scored for the Tornado, who won the Robertson Cup on home ice for a second time in team history.
