I love this visor hat! I wear it all the time when outdoors. Shades my face and neck and very comfy.I have a "fashionable" visor hat that cost three times the price but think this one looks better.I have made little terrycloth liner for the brow line with velcro for easy wash, which will keep the hat clean. I PURCHASED THIS HAT FOR A TRIP TO SEDONA,ARIZONA. I WAS PACKING VERY LIGHT SO THERE WAS NO ROOM FOR A SUN HAT. I ROLLED IT UP AND PUT IT IN MY BACKPACK. WHEN I REMOVED IT IT WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE, NICE BIG BRIM. THE SUN IS BRIGHT AND HOT, THIS HAT (IN COFFEE) CUT THE GLARE AND PROTECTED MY NOSE AND FACE. I NOW CARRY IT IN MY CAR ROLLED UP. LOVE this hat!
I needed a hat for a recent trip to Maui and this one was PERFECT (I have it in black)! I was so worried about buying a hat online but read the reviews and looked at many, many hats and ended up with this one. The brim is large enough to block sun and is very stylish. It folds up nicely so packing it was a cinch. I rarely write product reviews but had to on this one.....if you are on the fence, ORDER IT! I plan on getting others from this company. Too tight
Overall, this is a nice - but not great - hat in my opinion. The brim is just a bit too big for my taste, and I prefer ribbons that are less wide. The hat definitely says "Notice ME!" -- just not my style.Regardless, I would have kept it if it was not for one tiny problem - IT'S TOO SMALL. There is no hat size here, but it is not a "for everyone" kind of hat. The hat does not have the give to accommodate all head sizes. I wear a standard large hat size, not XL, just L. This hat is more like a small-medium.I have tried a number of San Diego hats, and each one seems to run size Small to Medium. In contrast, SNS seems to run a size Medium. Scala seems to run a size X-Large. Just my 2 cents - hope that helps someone. Top to learn more

I never met a San Diego Hat Co hat I didn't like....have several already...Sandra Bullock was wearing one after her breakup when she was trying to be hidden from papperazzi! Very glamorous, foldable, packable, huge brim.......nothing but hollywood glamour.....i live in the desert near los angeles and wear one of these all the times, from gardening, driving, to grocery-shopping and "events" to try and keep the wrinkles and freckles away! Just know what you're purchasing!This is a beautiful hat, well-made (as always, thank you San Diego Hat Company!) and is exactly as the picture shows--nice natural color! I would just note, know that you are purchase an extremely wide-brimmed hat--the brim is around 9.5" all the way around. These helmets may even be worn in reverse with brim facing backwards (suspension must be reversed with nape strap in rear).
