Perfect to protect your expensive stiletto heels!
I just came to Amazon to buy several pairs of these for my "diva strut" team. We all walk about a mile dressed to kill in stilettos, cocktail dresses and feather boas for a fun night to support the fight against breast cancer. I have two pairs of these that I use for my trips to Manhattan to protect the ends of my high heels for concrete walking and they are fantastic! They also give you a slightly wider base to the narrow heel tip, making it easier to walk distances. The silicone comes up about 1/2 inch along the heel, protecting your nice shoes from damage from sidewalk cracks. They are very narrow, so they're only meant to protect very thin heels. Thick or wide heels wouldn't need them. Obviously you slip them off and put them in your purse when you arrive at your destination.I just think these are perfect, and wanted to put in my review so the other one didn't turn people off.
