Surprisingly warm
I wear this when the temperature is around 45 degrees. As the temp rises to around 50 I pull it off and stow it in my shirt back pocket. It's so light and THIN that I forget it's there. It fits under my helmet without having to adjust the straps which is a plus.

Keeps my ears nice and toasty!
I ride at night and my ears get cold. So I bought this to keep them nice and toasty. And as an added bonus, the moisture wicking material keeps my shaved head dry. This is probably a must for night-riders with shaved heads.

Arm protection from sun and cool weather.
I'm an avid road biker and I spend many hours a week riding in the sun. I use sunscreen to protectmy face, neck, arms and legs. This becomes quite a chore when you do it everyday along with sunscreen soilingyour clothing.My arms are exposed to the sun no matter what direction I ride and they get too much sun regardlessof how much sunscreen I put on, besides the sunscreen soils on my riding jerseys and gloves.A friend of my told me about the sun sleeves for riding. I bought a pair and liked them so much I havesince purchased another pair for back up. The sleeves are comfortable in hot weather as well as cool weather.The material is designed to wick perspiration away from the body and keep the arms cool.Bottom line ---it beats sunscreen and works for keeping the sun off your arms.If you are a sun worshiper this is not the product for you.

The Best For Long Arms
I ride my motorcycle in short sleeves during the summertime, and having to protect my investment on my arms, always required sunscreen or long sleeve t-shirts in the past. Getting those white stains everywhere from the sunscreen, or to have to wear long sleeve t-shirts in a Texas summer had to go. So when I discovered sun sleeves, I thought I had found my answer, but all the ones I tried were too short or small. Then I found these. I ordered X-Large, white, they are perfect for me. Being tall with long arms, these will still go from wrist to arm pit, and not be stretched to the limit. They are thick enough for good protection, but not too heavy. Easy on and off, so when I get somewhere, I can just take them off. I now have three pairs. I will be watching the price, and order a couple more pairs, keeping them unopened, until my current ones just wear out. I really like the L and R designation. If you are tall with long arms, these are the sun sleeves for you. I highly recommend...

Discrepancy in the product UPF descriptions
Amazon product description says they are UPF 50+ but the product tag that came with the sleeves (I got the white ones) says they are UPF 40+.A little reference on sizing: the XS sleeves fit me perfectly and I am a 5-foot 97-pound female.

Work well
Pretty good overall. They stay in place during the run and never slide off. The only thing I don't like, and this could just be in my case, but it seems like it funnels all the sweat down the outside of my nose which then proceeds to go in my mouth. Aside from that, I can't complain.

Sizing is like a regular t-shirt
I bought this in red. The Large is just that, an American large. Sure it's more trim than a t-shirt, but it should be that's why I got a bike jersey. however, it is still the right size.The color is bright, but not "Hello, Officer" Red. The pockets are good, I use them for snacks and such.This is a hot-weather jersey. It is very thin and breathes wonderfully.For the money, It really was a great buy.

Sizing and materials are great, keep in mind it has an elastic bottom and the pockets on the back have an elastic cincher as well so it fits like a fitted shirt. So if you got a roll or two on your belly buy a size up or you'll be feeling like the Stay Pufft Marshmallow Man.After several weeks of riding mine finally looks good. Makes the temperature feel about 10 degrees cooler.

Finish is Poor
I'm 5'7 174 and this medium jersey fits a bit loose (approx 40 chest). The jersey is a more casual fit, not form fitting. The material thin and very breathable. The finish of the zipper inside the jersey is terrible. I'll keep the jersey but I didn't expect much for the price. I didn't get much for price. I may just send it back for a Pearl Izumi.The zipper itself works fine but inside the jersey it appears unfinished. The zipper component is exposed beyond the end seam. That is, a portion of the zipper is hanging inside the jersey at the lower chest area similar to a neck tag. The material is a bit abrasive so you can feel it jab and rub your chest.It seems that Canari could have trimmed the zipper or at least sewn a piece of fabric over the unfinished end. This is just poor manufacture/craftsmanship.
