All Pure Fix bikes give you the ride and connected feel you need and want from your “Fixie”. A Neco thread less Headset holds Zoom riser handlebars with Oury grips on a Promax stem. The classic Vader saddle gets the job done, without frills, and it keeps the weight down. Radius front brakes stop when asked and are easily removed for a purist ride. Wellgo pedals and cages connect you to a Lasco three-piece sealed bearing crank set. The gear Ratio is 44:16 with 74.25 gear inches using a KMC chain. Hubs are custom Pure Fix Lasered KT Quandos. the purest of fixies.
I just got my Juliet delivered to my house. I ordered it at 2 o'clock PM and it was shipped within an hour! can you say fast?! I took it to my local bike shop and they assembled it for me in a jiffy. while they were assembling it, they even told me that they were impressed with the quality of the bike. Coming from professionals, that means a lot to a fixie newbie like me. I had some questions about my order and one of the pure fix dudes helped me out over the phone right away. great customer service. the bike rides like a dream come true. totally smooth and totally pure. the juliet really looks great and was a great deal compared to some of the other fixies on the market.

Perfect bike for me
I just received my 54cm Juliet and it is amazing. The all black is great looking and it rides even better than it looks. I have been mashing the streets of LA for the past week - definitely my favorite bike of all time.The frame is sturdy and the bike is super light. I love the deep dish rims and the one spoke difference the most.Must buy!

I saw my friends Juliet on campus and it's amazing. It's matte black and looks stealthy like a stealth bomber in gotham city. It's understated and tasteful, yet roaring with fierceness. All black everything looks amazing!

It works GREAT, IF you understand it...
This tape works very very well. I've used it on my bicycle, as well as on a headlamp I use for camping (the headlamp is black, so I put a strip of this on it so that it will show up when I search for it using my little LED button light).I looked at this tape here on Amazon, and to my surprise, I saw some negative reviews stating that the tape is not reflective. In some cases, this is true (but these are cases that aren't actually representative of the product's intended use). Here is why: the tape is retroreflective. In technical terms this means that when light is shone on it, the light is reflected back along the incident path, irrespective of the angle of incidence. Translation: when you shine light on this tape, the light bounces back directly towards the source of the light. So please, after reading this, don't shine your fancy high output flashlight from the level of your waist and curse the tape for being defective. When testing how reflective this tape is,...

Used for low light situtations!
Awesome product. I use it on my motorcycle & bicycle helmets. Its sticky enough to stay on, but not permanently. I can always take it off without messing up the paint.

Bask in it's *reflective* glory
Yeah, this stuff works pretty darn well. I could tell even from hitting it with an LED keychain light in my dark apartment that the stuff lights right up under some pretty weak sources. As it turns out, with a little bit of care, you can get it to conform to a lot of different surfaces too. I got mine to conform to my motorcycle helmet perfectly. The roll size is good for small projects.

Excellent heart rate monitor
I have used this with my Garmin Forerunner 305, Forerunner 50, and Forerunner 405cx. Just wet it with saliva or water before you start, and it accurately and easily tracks your heart rate. The strap that attaches it to your chest is easily adjustable and easily removable. Unlike other products, my heart rate does not "jump around" 10 or 20 beats. The battery lasts a good amount of time and is easily replaceable. This is the best heart rate monitor that I have used, and I prefer it to Polar.

Garmin heart rate monitor for Edge 305
Works as advertised, no problems. This is a replacement of my first one that the seal (o-ring type) in the battery compartment failed, causing the battery to corrode due to moisture leaking. Then it never worked again. Be careful changing batteries not to damage the seal.

(My hat is off to Amazon - this is a better deal than dealer's pricing.)The premium HRM is an excellent accessory to my Forerunner 405, which I initially purchased without a HRM, and the additional data set will be a big help to me when charting my progress and seeing gains over the same terrain over time, not to mention a decent "zone" training aid when road cycling.A VERY IMPORTANT ITEM OF NOTE that people tend to forget/ignore when using these HRMs is that you need to wet the contacts for an accurate reading. You can use water, or simply rub some spit on in a pinch, but I would recommend...
