Great Hat...
The hat was 8 inches from top to bottom when it arrived, just enough to land in front of your eyes. After washing, the hat shrunk to 7 1/2 inches which was perfect for me, just down to the brow. In the colder months, I wear this hat all day very comfortably. I bought two so one could could be washed. I would recommend this hat to anyone looking for a 100% cotton hat.

Comfortable cotton hat
There are two things I like about this hat: how light the material is and that it is made from cotton. I'm allergic to acrylic and have found that pretty much every hat has acrylic in it. To avoid this, I would always not wear a hat and use a hood instead. This worked fine when I drove everywhere, however after living in windy Boston without a car for 5 years, I decided it was finally time to get a cotton hat. In addition to the itchy rash I get from most hats, my head is always too hot. This hat solves both those problems and is comfortable to wear.

This hat is GREAT because is not too thick and is not too thin, where i live the lowest temperature in the rainy season is 12-15 Celsius so normally is not too cold.If you are looking for a hat for the snow, definitely this is NOT the one you need.

Nice knit Cap
I purchased several of these hats for the purpose of a few extra gifts to hand out on Christmas, and because of the low price I wasn't expecting any good quality. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hats were actually of excellent quality, and they were very well made with 100% acrylic fiber. I liked them so much that I ended up keeping a couple of them for myself. If you're looking for a decent winter hat at a reasonable price this purchase is definitely the way to go.

Good for any weather!
I like it really dark when I sleep so I wear hats like this one at night in bed, and pull it completely over my eyes. I imagine it would be convenient for naps during long flights too.This hat is light and soft so it's comfortable even in the summer.

This a Great hat because is not too thick and is not too thin, where i live in the rainy season the lowest temperature is approx 12-15 Celsius. Normally is not cold put some nights they do and if you have very short hair you could feel cold.If you are looking for a hat for the snow this is NOT the hat.About the color, as you can see in the picture is not a strong black color.

Beanie on, wind gone !
First off, three stars on my grading scale means Very Very good. This beanie is oversized tall beanie. Unlike the other beanies which are useless for my "a little bigger than usual" head, this beanie covers my ears and doesnt keep sliding up. It gives a decent amount of protection from wind, and considering am in oklahoma where its windy 24 hours day, you should give it extra points. The material is soft, does not exert too much pressure, and the cost is...lol..well..cheaper than dirt ? An awesome deal, and another amazon purchase gone right.

A Decent Beanie
I bought this one because it was one of the first Beanies listed under prime shipping. It's a decent and sufficient beanie hat that serves its purpose. A little long but easily folds up. It's easily storable and is thick enough to sufficiently keep my head warm in colder weather.

Bought it For My Police Officer Husband

a bit thinner than I expected

Great Hat, Great Price
It recently got very cold where I live and this hat does the trick at a very low cost. No complaints. It's held up to me shoving it in backpacks and coat pockets. The best part is I don't have to worry about leaving it somewhere, which, being the space cadet that I am, I tend to do. Since the hat is a cheap buy, it'll only set me back a couple of bucks. No guilt.

Pretty Cool
I came across these when searching for a 'slouchy' beanie. I wasn't really seeing any under $20. So usually, when I find something so much cheaper than the average price, I don't really give it much consideration - in general, you get what you pay for. But I loved the many bright colors and read good reviews (on another posting) so I ordered a couple. Bright green and purple. They aren't as slouchy as I'd hoped, but the description didn't say that they were. So it was my fault for assuming 'long beanie' was the same as 'slouchy beanie'. When I first tried them on they pretty much stuck straight out, haha. But I washed them in cold water and they loosened up a bit. The purple one shrunk 1.5" and the green didn't shrink at all. Now the purple one actually fits my small head a little better. I live in Florida so I can't really say how well someone would stay warm in more northern areas, but the beanies are fairly thin. They'll keep me warm, but I get cold at temperatures...

Great Beanie, Great Price!!!
I use this beanie when I go running in the winter. It is great for this purpose because its not thick and long so I don't get overly sweaty, but it keeps my ears sufficiently warm. It also helps keep my headphones in place in the cold weather. Most importantly, this was super cheap yet still a quality product. I definitely reccomend.
